Ray Padgett, CPA

Ray has over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management.  His academic education includes a BA in Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington USA and a Masters in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery, Alabama, USA.  Ray is the Chairman of our Shanghai office. He holds CPA licenses in Washington and Alaska. 

Steve Padgett, CPA

Steve has a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington USA.  Steve has over 15 years of experience working with small and medium size businesses.  Steve is the Chief Representative of our Shanghai office and travels to China 3-4 times per year to work with our Chinese professionals, clients, and partners.  Steve is able to speak basic conversational Mandarin Chinese and is continuing his studies to become fluent.

 

Judge Yao Gun Lu

Judge Lu is a retired appellate court Judge in Shanghai and the Chief Legal counsel for Gaozhi.  After helping to establish our Shanghai office, Judge Lu continues to serve as our Operations Manager and legal advisor. 

Sharon Zhang, Accounting Manager

Sharon has a Masters in Accounting from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.  Sharon has been with our Shanghai office from the beginning in 2004 and is our Accounting Manager.  She lives and works in Shanghai full time and travels to our USA office each year for training.  Sharon is fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.  Sharon is also fluent in the Shanghainese local dialect.
