INTRODUCTION

We are the representative office for the American Certified Public Accounting firm of Padgett & Padgett, PLLC headquartered in Washington State.  Established in 2004, we have a team that has extensive experience in both American and Chinese accounting and tax matters.

 

Our experience includes both consulting with clients and establishing a joint venture with Shanghai Gaozhi Science & Technology by forming Shanghai Gaozhi Padgett Investment and Consulting Company, Ltd.  In 2007, we began working with the second largest accounting firm in Shanghai, Hugang Jinmao Accountants.  We moved into a joint office with them in August 2009, further enhancing the convenience and benefits to our clients.
